Australia is a great land, that’s what I get when my geographic teacher in High School, Bu Zahra, ask me to point out where are Sydney in the giant white blank map in front of my class. I was confidently, coz, i was born there. I point the south east area in the map.
She didn’t like a correct answer from me.
She yelled “It is not there Vina! You must point at here, exactly!” She move the map pin of Sydney from my point to somewhere more easter about 10 or more centimetres.
She is really hate if her student gave correct answer. All student in my class are quiet. (Actually they are playing with Facebook on their mobile phone and gave any bad mouth about Bu Zahra). I never hate someone. Even my teacher embarassing me. It is true, I never hate, but I keep some flame of revenge on my deep heart.
One week later, we got Geographic test result posted, I am the loser, obvious enough, I am smarter than her. And she didn’t want it. What the heck!
I planned some evilish works, to revenge back! I even create RSVP in facebook to invite my friend joining up. I think, it would be 20 to 40 people who would attending, but it is over 180 people joining this cause: “Operation Revenge to Bu Zahra”.
What is my plan? Simple, a perfect debate. I confidently planning this and learn geography from my cram teacher.
The day is come, my hearts beats faster, can’t wait! But she didn’t come. Today’s plan is fail. I wonder some shitty friend already told her about my plan. When I come to faculty office after school ends, I got news, Bu Zahra has lost her husband after struggling with cancer.
Feel guilty, I went home and delete the RSVP. Posting on my status in FB: “I am sorry and in deep apologize for her. Please forgive me. You are the best teacher!”
